Botanical Cocktails Gungho Stylee

Award winning sustainable cocktail bar Gungho! in Brighton boasts one of the most unique cocktail menus in the city, with enchanting and innovative ingredient choices influenced by seasonality and a cutting edge approach. The juices are freshly squeezed, the syrups and herbs made and grown in-house, the ice chunks are cut from a huge bar-top block, and all can be sipped to an urban back drop of raw brick, wood, red lighting and acid green neon.

We are more than proud to list Gungho! amongst our favourite Brighton stockists, and Amanda, Julie and Lisa recently enjoyed a rather delightful little jolly (perks of the job) to check out what manner of wonderful concoctions they were serving up with our Apothecary Tonic no.1.

Owner and bartender Julien Barnett and manager Chris Popeley whipped up a storm with an eclectic range of drinks and ingredients and the following two Fierce serves are the results of their mixology genius:
